Raise a Purchase Order from an award
Convert an awarded offer into a PO without re-keying anything.
Awarding flows straight into a draft Purchase Order, pre-filled from the winning offer.
From award to PO
On the awarded offer, choose Create draft PO. Items, prices and the supplier are carried over. Add delivery details and Incoterms, then send for approval.
Tip
Set up an approval chain in Settings so POs over a threshold route to the right approver automatically.
