How to Submit
an Offer (RFQ only)

Before you begin
If you can't find the request you're looking for, contact your buyer and confirm they invited you using exactly the same account details you registered with (email address and phone number).

Open & accept the invitation
Open an invitation, accept it, and review the request.

Open Sourcing — you land on Private Leads: RFQ invitations you haven't accepted yet.

Open an RFQ via its title or View Details.

Two options:
1.
Accept Invitation (green) — the client is notified that you plan to participate.
2.
Reject Invitation (red) — the client is notified that you plan not to participate.
Note: accepting also lets you ask questions.

Check the deadline — a countdown shows the time left to price.

Need clarification? Ask a question (with attachments) via Add New Question.

Price the items
Price every item; propose alternatives where useful.

Click Submit Quotation to start pricing.

Each item has three options:
1.
Edit — description, quantity, or unit.
2.
Add Options — price it and/or suggest alternatives.
3.
Not Available — if you can't price it.
Note: price every item, or mark it Not Available.

Enter the unit price — totals calculate automatically.

Offer terms & submission
Set delivery, validity, charges and payment — then send.

Set the delivery period for the items.

Set the offer-validity date — or keep it valid until stock runs out.

Delivery chargesIncluded: already in your prices above. Not included: charged separately.

Payment terms (if deferred): leave advance at 0%, then enter 100% within N days (e.g. 30).

Attach the offer file if obligated by the buyer, then click Submit Offer.

Review the summary (prices, terms, attachments), then Submit Offer to send.

A green or red arrow shows how competitive your price is versus other suppliers.

Your offer is submitted!

You can keep updating your offer as long as the request is open and before the deadline passes. Watch the competitiveness indicator and revise your price to stay ahead.
