Receiving an Invitation to Register
What happens when a buyer invites you to join Teradix, and how to complete your registration so you can access their requests.

Access requests
The most common way suppliers get started with Teradix is through an invitation from a buyer. When a buyer adds you as a supplier and invites you to a request, you receive an email containing a join link — and completing your registration through it links your account directly to that buyer's requests.
Before you begin
Register with the same email address and phone number you gave the buyer; the invitation is tied to those exact details.
If you can't find the invitation email, check your spam folder, or ask the buyer to resend it.

Open the invitation email
In the email you'll find the name of the buyer who invited you and the join link.

Complete your account details
Enter your company details and a password, taking care that the email and phone match what you gave the buyer.

Enter your name, not the company name.

Your role within the company.
Agree & create account
Tick the terms agreement, then click "Create Account".
