How to Respond to
Messages from the Buyer
The buyer may send you a private message about a request or auction. You can’t start a chat — but once they message you, you can reply from the Chat tab.
Before you begin
Private conversations are between you and the buyer only — other suppliers can’t see them.

Open the request or auction where the buyer messaged you.

Go to Chat to see the buyer’s private messages.

Write your reply, attach a file if needed, and send.
Message sent!
Keep communication on-platform — it preserves a documented record of everything agreed between you and the buyer.
