Open the RFQ from Private Leads and click Accept Invitation — questions unlock only after you accept.

On the request page, open Add New Question.

Write your question clearly, and attach any questionnaire files that help.

Click Submit Question, then watch for the buyer’s answer on the request.

Your question and its answer may be shown to other suppliers — without revealing your identity — so everyone gets the clarification fairly.
