Most invitation problems come down to email delivery, account status or a closed deadline. Work through the checks below — they resolve the large majority of cases.
Quick check
An invitation only appears in your Inbox once your supplier account is active. If you haven't activated yet, start there.
Frequently asked
Check spam and your promotions tab for a message from no-reply@teradix.com. Add the domain to your safe senders. If the buyer used the wrong address, ask them to re-send to the correct one — the invite link is unique to each email.
The RFx deadline has passed, or the buyer withdrew the event. Contact the buyer directly; they can extend the deadline or re-invite you, which issues a fresh link.
This usually means a required field or document is missing, or the deadline closed while you were working. The form highlights anything outstanding at the top.
If you belong to more than one company, switch accounts from the avatar menu. If the invite went to a colleague, an admin on your side can reassign it.
