Roles keep sensitive actions — like awarding and billing — with the right people.
The matrix
Open the relevant screen from the left navigation, then follow the on-screen prompts. Every action is recorded to the event's audit trail so your team always has a complete history.
- Owner — everything, including billing and developer settings.
- Buyer — create, run and award events.
- Approver — approve POs above a threshold.
- Viewer — read-only.
Tip
Give stakeholders Viewer access so they can follow events without changing anything.
