Set and extend the RFx deadline
Give suppliers enough time — and extend it cleanly when you need to.
The RFx deadline is the moment offers lock. Set it with care and extend transparently.
Extending
Open RFx Options and choose Extend deadline. All invited suppliers are notified of the new time automatically, and the change is recorded in the event history.
Heads up
Extending too often can signal weak demand. Extend once, communicate why, and hold the line.
