Invite your team and set roles
Add teammates, assign roles and collaborate on events.
Procurement is a team sport. Invite colleagues, give them the right role, and collaborate on events together.
Roles in brief
Open the relevant screen from the left navigation, then follow the on-screen prompts. Every action is recorded to the event's audit trail so your team always has a complete history.
- Owner — full control, including billing.
- Buyer — create and run events, award winners.
- Viewer — read-only access for stakeholders and approvers.
Tip
You can change a teammate's role at any time from Settings → Team.
