Alternatives let you compete on more than the exact spec — and they often win business.

Adding one

On any item, choose Add alternative and describe the difference — make, pack size, lead time — with its own price. The buyer compares it next to your primary offer.

Tip

Lead with value: a clear, comparable alternative at a better price is hard for a buyer to ignore.
