Acknowledge a Purchase Order

Accept a PO and confirm delivery details with the buyer.

When you win, the buyer sends a Purchase Order. Acknowledge it to confirm you'll fulfil.

Acknowledging

Open the PO from Orders, review items, prices and Incoterms, then Acknowledge. Raise any discrepancy before accepting — it's easier to resolve now than later.

Tip

Acknowledge promptly. A quick acknowledgement builds buyer trust and repeat invitations.
